Planning and Implementing Your RIM Program

This two-day course provides participants with a step-by-step guide for planning and implementing their records and information management program. Many organizations “jump” into their records program implementation without any in-depth planning. “If you don’t plan for implementation, how will you know when implementation is complete?” This course includes discussion about basic project management principles that can be applied to records programs and provides practical solutions to records implementation. Upon completion of this course, participants will understand how to prepare an implementation plan and be able to proceed with records program implementation in their organization.
